Hi,
I know my membership is going to expire soon but I can't find where to find out when it actually is over. I know I'm just being brain dead. Where do I look to see when I expire? I'm thinking it's really soon!

Go to UserCP then on the left, down at the bottom is "paid subscriptions." Click on that and you'll find your expiry.

I paid through paypal yesterday for a year subscription. I still cannot see the private fourms. Could you please tell me when I will have access?

thank you. If you paid by an eCheck it can take between 3 and 5 business days for it to clear.

I paid by Mastercard through Paypal I'm assuming it's a credit card and not a debit card. In which case it should have kicked in automatically. I've forwarded your inquiry to Sharpie, she'll look into it.

Unfortunately, the event is now over and I still can't see the posts. I have not heard from Sharpie.

SHARPIE may not be available for a bit, so I went ahead and cleared a one year basic sub for you until SHARPIE can look at your transaction.

For IMMEDIATE Premier Member Access we prefer paypal - Log into your user CP and look at 'Paid Subscriptions' for info.

For snail mail enquiries PM:

Prancer in the US (Money Orders only (No Personal Checks) in US Dollars)
dupa in Canada (Money Orders only (No Personal Checks) in US Dollars)
AllezFred for the Eurozone (or if you wish to pay via Euros)
Sharpie for all other.
